Menjabat sebagai Presiden Direktur sejak 2009. Beliau memiliki pengalaman selama 23 tahun, yang mencakup 11 tahun bersama Citibank NA Indonesia, dimana beliau pernah menjabat sebagai Senior Vice President.
Selama bekerja di Citibank beliau mempunyai peran yang signifikan dalam Card Business organization, yang termasuk strategic partnership, penjualan dan distribusi, merchant acquiring business serta pengembangan produk-produk pilihan seperti EazyPay dan layanan 1-Bill Payment. Keahlian beliau dalam bidang pengelolaan bisnis dan strategi pemasaran produk didapatnya dari berbagai pengalamannya saat menduduki berbagai posisi di perusahaan non financial : PT Oke Multiguna (a telco distribution company), Christmas Island Resort (resort), PT New Red & White (manufacturing) and PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (FMCG & distribution). IT / Telco dan manufacturing industry. Beliau mendapat gelar Bachelor of Science jurusan Industrial and System Engineering dari The Ohio State University, Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1987.

Joined First Media in 2009 as President Director of First Media. His professional 23-year career includes 11 years with Citibank Indonesia where he was a Senior Vice President. During his tenure with the bank, he held senior positions for card business management, strategic partnership, sales and distribution, installment business and merchant acquiring business, and spearheaded key market leadership initiatives like EazyPay cardinstallment
and 1-Bill utility Payment. He gained rich business management and consumer products marketing experience from a number of non-financial companies: PT Oke Multiguna (a telco distribution company), Christmas Island Resort (resort), PT New Red & White (manufacturing) and PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (FMCG & distribution). He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and System Engineering from The Ohio State University, U.S.A. in 1987.

Direktur Keuangan sejak 2009. Beliau memperoleh gelar Sarjana Ekonomi jurusan Akuntansi dari Universitas Trisakti dan Master of Applied Finance dari The University of Melbourne. Memulai karir pada tahun 1993 sebagai Akuntan pada PT Citra Dimensi Arthali, kemudian bergabung di kantor Akuntan Prasetio Utomo & Co. (Arthur Andersen Co.SC) tahun 1994-1996 dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai Supervisor. Bekerja di KPMG (Klynveld Peat Marwich and Goerdeler) pada tahun 1998 sampai dengan 2005 dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai Direktur/Associate Partner Corporate Finance. Bergabung dengan PT Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk, perusahaan multifinance sejak Januari 2006 dan menjabat sebagai Deputi CEO.

Director of Finance since 2009. He received his Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting from the University of Trisakti and Master of Applied Finance from The University of Melbourne. He started his career in 1993 as an Accountant at PT Citra Dimensions Arthali, then joined the office of the Public Accountant Prasetio Utomo & Co. (Arthur Andersen Co.SC) in 1994-1996 with his last position as a Supervisor. From year 1998 to 2005, he worked at KPMG (Klynveld Peat Marwich and Goerdeler), with the last position as Director/Associate Partner Corporate Finance. He joined with PT Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk, a multifinance company since January 2006 and served as Deputy CEO.

Dicky Setiadi Moechtar

Menjabat sebagai Direktur sejak tahun 2006. Beliau saat ini membawahi bidang Corporate Sales. Beliau adalah sarjana dari Universitaet Des Saarlandes, Jerman pada tahun 1984. Beliau mengawali karir di bidang perbankan. Beliau pernah menduduki berbagai posisi, diawali sebagai programmer pada Bank Perniagaan Indonesia, lalu bergabung dengan Bank Lippo, dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai Direktur Operasional. Beliau pernah bekerja untuk kelompok usaha Lippo lainnya antara lain PT Multipolar Tbk, dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai Direktur.

 Joined as Director since 2006. Currently he is serving as Director of Corporate Sales. Graduated from Universitaet Des Saarlandes, Germany in 1984. He started his career in banking. He has had various positions, started out as Programmer in Bank Perniagaan Indonesia, and moved to join Lippo Bank, where he worked his way up to his last position as Operations Director. He also was worked in other companies of Lippo Group, such as PT Multipolar Tbk. His last position was also Director.

Direktur Corporate Services sekaligus merangkap Corporate Secretary sejak 2006. Menyelesaikan kuliah di Universitas Trisakti dengan gelar Insinyur Teknik Mesin. Memulai kariernya di dunia perbankan. Sebelum bergabung dengan Bank Lippo sejak 2002 hingga 2006, telah berpengalaman selama 12 tahun dalam dunia perbankan, 10 tahun diantaranya bersama Bank Niaga. Posisi yang pernah dijabat selama di Bank Lippo antara lain sebagai Managing Director Compliance, Director Distribution Financial Services, dan Senior Vice President Channels & Alliances Group Head.

Director of Corporate Services concurrently serving as Corporate Secretary since 2006. Graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University. He began his career in banking. Prior to joining Bank Lippo between 2002 and 2006, he has had 12 years of experience in banking, 10 years of which were with Bank Niaga. He served as Managing Director Compliance, Director Distribution Financial Services, and Senior Vice President Channels & Alliances Group Head with Bank Lippo.
