The Company is established under the name of PT Safira Ananda, based on notarial Deed No. 37 dated January 6, 1994 and Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia Number C2-1.446 HT.01.01.Th.95 dated February 1, 1995 that have been referred to the following Indonesia Commercial Code (Gazette Year 1847 No. 23) as amended, the latest by Law No. 4 of 1971. Amendment of Articles of Association following currently named PT Tanjung Bangun Semesta Tbk contained in the Deed No. 1 dated December 2, 1999 and the Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No. C-19466 HT.01.04.TH.99 dated December 3, 1999. Amendment of some of the provisions in Article of Association following as well as recast Articles of Association currently named PT Broadband Multimedia Tbk contained in the Deed No. 56 dated July 30, 2001 and Receiving Reports of Amendment of Articles of Association by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: C- HT.01.04.TH.2001 dated on September 19, 2001. The following Amendment of the Articles of Association following is currently named PT First Media Tbk contained in the Deed No. 42 dated August 15th, 2008 and the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHU-74501.AH.01.02 dated October 16, 2008 that have been refers to Law No. 40 Year 2007 regarding limited liability Company. The latest amendment of the Articles of Association currently named PT First Media Tbk contained in Deed No.33 dated May 15, 2015 and Receipt of Notification of Amendment of Article of Association by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: AHUAH.01.03-0940134 dated June 11,2015 which has been adapted to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.32 / POJK.04 / 2014 and No.33/POJK.04 /2014 as well as laws and other Law and Regulation prevailing in the capital market. In relation with the issuance of Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 year 2018 concerning Electronic Integrated Licensing Services dated June 21,2018, which known as OSS (Online Single Submission), the Company has made required adjustment to Company‘s Purpose and Objective of Business under the Company’s Articles of Association as stipulated in the Deed of Statement of Shareholders’ Resolution No. 23 dated April 26, 2019. The latest amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association as contained in the Deed of Statement of the Company’s Meeting Resolutions No. 15 dated June 25, 2021, which was drafted in front of Andalia Farida, SH., M.H Notary in Jakarta, the contents of which are changes to the Articles of Association in the context of adjustment to POJK 15/2020, including changes to Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, Article 12 and Article 13 Company’s Articles of Association. The deed has obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights based on Letter No. AHU-AH.01.03-0430925 Year 2021 dated July 23, 2021.
