He started his career as Financial Controller at PT Wahana Garuda Lestari in 1990-1991, served as Marketing Manager at PT Liberty Bekasi in 1992-1996, served as General Manager at PT Domusindo Perdana in 1996-1997, served as Special Task Force Division Head at PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper in 1999-2004, served as HR Division Head at PT Pindo Deli Pulp & Paper in 2004-2012, served as Head of Security & HR at PT Borneo Indo Bara in 2012-2013, served as Human Resources Director at PT Keong Nusantara Abadi in 2015-2016. He also has experience in the Capital Market by serving as President Director at PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia in 2017-2021 and currently still serves as Director at PT Andalan Satria Cemerlang.
